STAFF IS RUDE, UNHELPFUL, INCONSIDERATE AND OBVIOUSLY HAVING A BAD DAY! INSTEAD OF HELPING SHE LEFT ME LEAVING IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER AFTER A LONG WAIT FOR HER WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING, DID NOT COME BACK, LEAVING THE OTHER STAFF TO DO ALL THE WORK! WITH BABY IN ME CRYING AND LONG LINE WAITING. TERRIBLE!

I had one of the most frustrating and unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had at a USPS location. I showed up with a confirmed passport appointment, on time, fully prepared with all required documents, and with TWO small children. Instead of being assisted, I was refused service because my appointment supposedly “conflicted with her lunch break.” What made the situation even worse was the behavior of the employee. There was no attempt to help, no effort to find a solution, and no basic courtesy. When I tried to politely explain the situation, she became hostile, raised her voice, and falsely claimed she had called me the day before (which is completely untrue). On top of that, she explicitly told me NOT to schedule another appointment in the following days because she would not process my passport application anyway. This was shocking, inappropriate, and completely unprofessional. As a mother managing two young children and following all the proper steps, I expected at least professionalism and respect. Instead, I was dismissed, treated rudely, and left without help. This behavior is NOT normal and NOT acceptable. This employee should not be dealing with the public, especially for something as important and time-sensitive as passport services.

I had a very disappointing experience at the post office during my passport appointment. This was already my second appointment, as the first had been canceled, and unfortunately, the second did not go smoothly either. The staff member handling the passport services was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was loudly expressing frustration about needing her lunch break and was speaking in a raised, confrontational tone in front of customers. This made the environment uncomfortable and did not reflect the level of service I would expect. Given the repeated cancellations and the staff member’s behavior, I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a manager about this experience and how it can be addressed moving forward.
