I tried the kiosk, more complicated than it needs to be.

Terrible customer service at this location. My package was delivered to the wrong building due to a address/carrier confusion. I came in person to ask for a simple GPS scan check to find my item. The staff was completely unhelpful, ignored me, and kept sending me from one empty window to another. Nobody cares about helping customers here.

This might be the 15th circle of hell right here. Waited in line for over an hour just to be told that secretly what I needed is only possible at set times, which they will not tell you in advance

This place really is the worst. Wasted 3 days to pick up the hold mail and was still not able to retrieve it. First day they tell me to come early in the morning. I come early and 10th in the line, it ended up taking 1 hour in the line and they say I am now too late. The staff keeps talking to each other instead of helping people.

The customer service is terrible, I won’t condemn everyone there even though it might be the office culture of that whole station, but today I’m especially highlighting the heavy black woman with the long nails because she is rude and has a really nasty demeanor. I wasn’t even at her window but she’s so toxic that she felt inclined to randomly lean over and tell the man who was retrieving my packages not to check for an additional package that I was asking about because it was in my wife’s name, even though I had all of the tracking information and a picture of my wife’s ID, but not her actual ID in hand. Her package was held months ago so I just wanted to know if it was still there before I came back with her ID and waited in that long line for a second time to try and pick it up. Delivery was never attempted on any of our packages but they scanned them as “delivery attempted and held at post office”. If I had a choice, I would rather take the train and go all the way down to 42nd street where the postal workers behave like normal human beings as opposed to walking a couple blocks to 125th st and having to deal with people who clearly hate coming to work and shouldn’t be doing anything related to interacting with the public. She won’t be reprimanded or corrected, there’s tons of complaints about her on google already so it doesn’t change any thing but I’m spending my time writing this review because that’s how bad it was. I wasn’t even paying close attention and I still saw about 4 people ahead of me in line either shaking their head or complaining out loud when they were exiting the post office. This is a disgrace.
