Despite my little brain fart at the self serve kiosk, Irene greeted me with a warm smile and helped me send out my letter efficiently and with so much kindness and patience. Literally so grateful to her, and I felt compelled to tell her that the reviews you see of this place at first glance are WILDLY inaccurate. And it's not just her - I did notice her colleague behind the counter, whose name I wish I caught, give the same level of humanity to everyone he served. I didn't walk out of there just getting something done and off my plate, I walked out of there having so much more faith in humanity. If I ever need to ship something out via USPS, best believe I'll be coming here from now on.
