- JDJoAnne DeCiccoApr 20, 20261.0Passport service is horrible. They have one person that does it. My family had an appointment. They went and were told the agent didn’t come to work, come back the next day. They went back 2 more days and they were not there. Today they had another appointment and got a call saying that again the agent didn’t come in. Get a different agent and how about a back up?
- VVVillyApr 15, 20261.0The most rude and slow service. They don’t help people and they are very rude with them. They are loosing packages and when you are trying to find out what’s going on you are getting yelled from the manager . I paid extra for 3 days delivery and when my package got lost they basically told me that the only secure way to send/ receive is express. Other than that basically be prepared to never receive your package. Change the staff immediately. They are paid to do their job not to yell at people . Start from the manager. That lady doesn’t know she is working for the post office . She is there getting paid to organize her staff and help people.

They still have the regular signage there as if it is in use. No staff members wandering around will tell you either. You have to get in the main line and wait now. The staff member who finally helped me said "it may not be permanently closed but I don't know if or when it'll re-open".

No prior notification to us even though they had our contact info for the appointment. And, the manager never showed up to speak with us despite being paged twice. save yourself some time and avoid this place
