- BBBernardo1 day ago1.0Horrible treatment received by the attendee at 3pm on 7/9/2026. I was asking questions to clarify how I was supposed to pay for and package my envelope. He was rude, unhelpful and condescending. I have no way of knowing his name but he is a Chicago white Sox fan as per his hat. USPS needs to be taken seriously, this is not even remotely close to what service levels should be. Such a frustrating experience. I wish I knew his name. He scolded me for the way I was licking and closing my envelope. Just ridiculous. I hope he sees this and reflects on the attitude he has towards his job and day to day. He seemed angry, understandable but customer should not be collateral damage.
