- NSNancy Smith6 days ago2.0I was dealing with a woman who decided to read me the hazardous substances thing in a bizarre monotone voice like i’m in an episode of The Office or something. The full unabridged version. Guess she forgot the digital prompt or something. Questionable location that’s for sure in terms of front of house manners, staff training/competency and location cleanliness. The fuse box was also beeping the entire time i was there and nothing was done about it. But hey, i managed to drop off my package at least

- BBBernardoJul 9, 20261.0Horrible treatment received by the attendee at 3pm on 7/9/2026. I was asking questions to clarify how I was supposed to pay for and package my envelope. He was rude, unhelpful and condescending. I have no way of knowing his name but he is a Chicago white Sox fan as per his hat. USPS needs to be taken seriously, this is not even remotely close to what service levels should be. Such a frustrating experience. I wish I knew his name. He scolded me for the way I was licking and closing my envelope. Just ridiculous. I hope he sees this and reflects on the attitude he has towards his job and day to day. He seemed angry, understandable but customer should not be collateral damage.
