- DDDB32Apr 10, 20264.0Passport agent is very nice lady. However, passport agent doesn't know that you can use the certificate of naturalization as BOTH proof of citizenship AND ID. She made me go home to get more ID. Please just update her on this very simple rule. Also long nail lady is possible the most rudest person on the planet. This is why everyone rather use UPS, FEDEX and avoids USPS st all cost. USPS will be non existent in 10 years.

Sure, the counter ladies might not have the best attitude, but they spent meaningful time and energy trying to locate my parcel (that had a wrong address on it) from the warehouse. And then multiple supervisors followed up to ensure I actually received it, and apologized for system not having been updated (although I received the package by then). Comparing to UPS/ FedEx down the street, I felt like the folks working there actually cared about tickets raised. Thank you!
