This location is very hard to get to. It’s inside an office building, and you have to get a temporary badge from the front desk using your ID. There’s also no clear sign indicating where the post office is. It’s small too without automatic machine. The staff is rude as well. The employee yelled at me because I was waiting in front of the window instead of standing in line, even though there was no one else in line.

The clerk is not helpful. She even shouted me at one point and she also not giving the clear explanation of the procedure. She said to put my parcel in one envelope and she said to put in another envelope (which I chose earlier and I was shouted because I chose that one). It was very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

The worst post office I’ve ever been to which is saying a lot. Upon entering the building, facial recognition and ID that they store on file are both required. The elevators take literally more than 10 minutes one way. Complete waste of 45 minutes. Just go to a Staples, they accept both UPS and USPS and aren’t a nightmare to navigate.

Not a post office! Nearest one is at Rockefeller Center.
