Just come in with a smile and a good attitude. Some things are out of their control. Don’t kill the middle man. Thank you usps workers!

- AMAlissa MaldonadoMar 19, 20261.0Horrible customer service, the women that work behind the counter have nasty attitudes and treat you as if you’re a bother. I went in to drop off a package w a prepaid label- something I’m not familiar with- and when they printed the label, they put it on and took the package. No big deal right ? I asked if I could take a photo of the label and wow, they would NOT allow me to. I get it , the tracking is on the receipt , they keep insisting that bc it was on the receipt meant I didn’t need to take a photo. But I was doing this not just for me but for the customer who I was shipping it to. ( sold something through an app ). They then move on to the next customer, completely ignoring me. Awful service, this wasn’t the first time either. I also have reason to believe that one of their mail carriers stole a package of mine. One day I ordered a purse and there was a big hole in the mailer it was packed in. Next week I ordered another purse and it didn’t arrive at all. They marked that they delivered it and didn’t. It wasn’t until I made fifty million calls to customer service to get my refund, that they spoke to the driver who claimed she “dropped it off at the wrong address”. I don’t trust the workers at this station and do my best to avoid this usps bc of them.
