- JJJoiJul 16, 20262.0This USPS location was dirty, and the staff was not very friendly or helpful. I paid approximately $35 for expedited service, but my package still arrived late. Trying to get a refund was unnecessarily difficult, and website said the refund would be issued by paper check in five to seven weeks. For such an expensive service, customers should receive better communication, cleaner facilities, and faster problem resolution. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. With slow refunds, poor service, and unreliable delivery, it is easy to understand why so many customers are losing confidence in the post office.

Just come in with a smile and a good attitude. Some things are out of their control. Don’t kill the middle man. Thank you usps workers!
