- SXShaSha Xu3 days ago1.0Be aware of Brittany. She was rude and on a power trip over a package. I do not have a license so I showed her my federal government ID and she refused to take it. She kept on saying "I need a state ID with your address on it." I offered the federal ID (which has my name and photo) with a credit card statement and she refused to accept it. The other person brought the package up to her, she looked at it, and hauntingly said no and put it aside. I will also be complaining with corporate. They need to hiring at least nicer people.
