I recently went in with a request and in need of help - Natasha M. was such a pleasure. Treated every customer and her fellow employees with such kindness. So rare in a city where people can be quite curt! Thank you!

The UPS store on W. 72nd St. where I've been going to for years to send a lot of stuff every few months, closed and I decided to try this one on Amsterdam between 68th and 69th which is the closest to me in New York City. It's an independently owned UPS So I wasn't sure if there was a difference... I am really happy with my new UPS independently owned the store natasha is amazing And so helpful with my heavy load and I am really happy that they are my new UPS store!

Natasha went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with an Amazon return, getting two separate items that had been delivered in one box into two separate boxes with corresponding labels. She was very helpful, friendly, patient and knowledgeable: all leading to a good experience at the UPS store today.

I have been a customer at the 187 Amsterdam Ave NYC store for several years. Natasha is the kindest, most polite and efficient associate I have ever met. Always a smile on her face and a can do attitude. She is a true asset to the UPS store who should be recognized and rewarded for her outstanding service. In this world where everyone is in a rush and inconsiderate, Natasha stands out as a role model of excellence . I applaud her and wish her continued success

Just got a new passport online. You need to provide an acceptable photo. As you try to upload your photo, the State Department site tells you in real time if the photo meets their requirements, especially shadows on the face or other deficiencies that would impede recognizing the passport holder. I also needed a Passport Card, which cannot be had online, so I needed passport photos. I went to the UPS store. I was waiting behind 4 customers in the tiny place, as 1 employee handled a Notary request (took about 15 minutes), then someone with Amazon Returns, then me. Now about 6 customers behind me. Meanwhile, there are 4 other people visible in the space beyond the service counter (employees?) yukking it up like they're at a bar. Absolutely not paying attention to customers. Alex takes my request to get passport photos, and comes around the counter with a phone. Without any further instruction, he snaps my photo. Was I blinking, was my hair over my eyes, were there shadows on my face? These would be rejected by US Passport Agency, I'm sure. The UPS 'expert' didn't seem to notice or care. After about 10 minutes, he returns with 2 of the worst photos I've ever seen. Almost black & white because of the high contrast (need to be color photos), I looked like Frankenstein (not the image you want to present as you try to cross an international border), I know these would fail the requirements. 'Expert' said, don't worry about it with his snark. As there were many people waiting, I gave my credit card to Alex, and was surprised by charge of $22 (most places, $15, but no biggie if the photos were actually useful) I mentioned the problems, like the fact that you literally couldn't see my eyes because of the shadows, and grudgingly he said, I'll brighten them up, and returned about 5 minutes later, with results that were just as bad. I asked for a refund, because the pics were unusable. Angry voice, "no, I already printed them.". Took about 45 minutes that I'll never have in my life again. Went to AAA a few blocks away, got what I needed from a cheerful, competent person, for $15. Forget UPS. I will.
