- DCDavid CoronaJul 2, 20265.0I had such a great experience at the UPS store on first Avenue between 84th and 85th St. all thanks to Natasha. The place was packed, but she kept things moving quickly without ever losing her cool or her smile. She was warm, professional and genuinely nice to deal with, you can tell she really cares about her customers. Iit’s rare that you get that kind of service especially when the store is slammed. Natasha definitely made my day and I highly recommend asking for her.

They only allow two people in the store at a time so there was an orderly lineup outside, under scaffolding which made it nicer. The wait was not too long and when I got in, people inside were very nice, courteous, and processed my drop off very quickly. Of course I hope my packages get to the destination quickly but I found this store to be much better, less chaotic than others in the general area.
