So many ridiculous “holding” and “delivery” fees that other UPS locations do not have. Upon asking the staff where these fees come from, it is difficult for them to explain exactly what you are paying for. The staff are kind; however, these policies seem to be out of their control and come from upper management, leaving them to deal with customers’ frustrations. Overall, these fees feel excessive and completely unnecessary.
There is also consistently a long line, often with 5+ people waiting out the door, and a wait of at least 10 minutes almost every time I visit. Unfortunately, this is the closest UPS location to my residence, so I have had to use it despite the consistently frustrating experience.
I have ultimately resorted to using a different UPS location farther from me simply to avoid the hassle, as visiting this location rarely feels worth the time or frustration.
As usual, there’s a great experience at this UPS store. I as a matter of fact go out of my way, so it’s not to go to the Lexington Avenue Store. I have written many reviews before.. Or updated prior. Today Justin and Natalie helped me. Natalie told me she’s not always at that store. She was very pleasant, again, this specific UPS store is always pleasant. However, I was a bit surprised when recently a guy named Dan was the clerk who helped me and offered a terrible experience, he’s not anything like the staff who has been there for so long. He has a bad attitude a bad vibe. He’s just unpleasant.. I don’t need him to do anything but take my package and be professional but his character seems lousy to me, I can walk in and out but I like when I get a good feeling, the FedEx office is closer and they’re really pleasant there… So if that’s how it’s going to go, I’m not interested. Could you Respond to me and tell me what his hours are so I never walk in there again when he’s working, Would really appreciate it

Charged me $7.24 to print 3 b&w pages because of a $5 'computer use' charge that limited you to 5 minutes of computer use. Abysmal pricing, the fedex one block over on 2nd would have been <$1. Never come here to print anything
Edit: Regarding the owner's response. I work in tech, and I know that it doesn't cost anywhere near $5 per 5 minutes to run software like that. I'm sure your website login needs to be secure too, are you going to charge me every 5 minutes to use that? And if this is a 3rd party vendor charging this, then you're letting them rip your customers off. Either way, I'm not impressed that UPS allows this and will certainly be avoiding printing at any UPS store that uses this system.
Natasha is fabulous! Always very friendly and highly competent. She was alone today and the line moved really fast!! The gentlemen that work there are great too.!
I came to this location to have a package sent out and it got lost in transit. I went back to have the issue resolved… no help… I then proceeded to ask for my package to be found and brought back to the store, so I could pick it up and have my shipment refunded and they would not even refund me for that. So overall, they lost my package and wouldn’t even give me a refund for the shipment. use FedEx instead.
