  You have to drop off a package and get a receipt from a machine which doesn't give me a high level of confidence. I appreciated the prior human interaction.

  Long wait just to drop off a package because instead of efficiently allowing people to go in to package, print, copy etc there is a limit of 2 people in the store at all times. Would avoid if possible.

  I am so grateful for this UPS store on First Ave between 84th and 85th street The staff is amazingly helpful and professional. Even when there are long lines the wait is minimal. The hours of operation are convenient!

  I just wanted to share how much I appreciate Paul. He consistently brings such a positive attitude, is incredibly helpful, and always efficient. I’ve noticed that he treats every customer with the same level of kindness and professionalism, not just me, which really stands out. Even when I come in with a large number of returns, something that could easily feel like a hassle, he remains gracious, patient, and makes the entire process seamless. He truly has the perfect service attitude and represents your team exceptionally well.
