  I was not aware that this location closes 1/2 earlier than 55 west 116th. I walked in at 7:05pm (door not locked) to pick up a small package, one worker was mopping another was standing there with his hands on his head doing nothing. I was told "we're closed". I stated it was only a pick up for a small package. No attempt to even help. I was the only one there. Without any eye contact he kept mopping while the other guy stood there with his hands on his head. I don't often push these issues but I was just picking up and they were not struggling. I think 2 minutes of their time was not a lot to ask. I would have been back out the door in no time. Next time they should close the door at 7Pm sharp if they don't want anyone walking in. Before I walked out, all I get was a "come back tomorrow"...guy still standing there with his hands on his head doing nothing. Where is the nice young lady that was working there. Something told me to send this package to 55 west 116th. I never have issues there. This is the first and last time.

  If I was to give this store a rating it would be 0 stars. Today I went in to a have a package delivered and was met by a disrespectful worker. I do not have information on his name but he looks Indian with glasses. He ignored us while we waited patiently for help and only addressed us until after he was finished his conversation after 10 minutes. After he was done he made unprofessional, smart remarks and finally did what he was initially supposed to do. He also had greasy, foul smelling food out in the open behind him which was completely unsanitary , while handling packages. and in violation with ethics of the company. This person should not be working at this company if he is that careless and disrespectful to customers. I will not be returning and telling my business partners not to.
