  The customer service provided at this UPS was simply outstanding. I had a large shipment of over a dozen boxes & Dyno was patient, knowledgeable & kind as she walked me through the process. She even reenforced some of my heavy boxes and ensured that my fragile items were properly protected. She followed up with me after my boxes were picked up and when I had a delivery issue. I’m extremely grateful to her & the rest of the team; they cared for my items as if they were their own.

  i would give this place zero stars if i could. i live very close by and went to this location when it was on 92nd before it relocated to its current spot on 88, and it was just as bad then as it is now. same awful employees, same experience of having packages “lost” and “misplaced”, especially of substantial value. and any time i inquired about the status of those packages they were extremely dismissive and really couldn’t care less — they provided zero help. i have lost quite a bit of money due to their laziness/potentially dishonest business conduct. and this has been the case for years as i have been reluctantly going here for 6 years as it is the closest location to me. it’s so bad i actively try to avoid shipping anything here or picking up from here. i know this has happened to many others, so thinking we should probably all be writing to the BBB to file complaints…

  Why is it not open today? I had to carry so many packages, made sure it said "OPEN" on Google maps. This a very irresponsible and unreliable business.
