  I would rather strap a box to my back and walk ten miles than use UPS Store again. Rude. Unprofessional. Actively hostile to the one thing they’re supposedly in business to do: ship packages. If your goal is to leave customers feeling dismissed, inconvenienced, and furious, congratulations - mission accomplished. If your goal is to run a shipping service that people willingly return to, you have failed spectacularly. Zero stars. Never again. I’ll carry the damn box myself.

  I’ve always had a great experience with this UPS store! I needed to get passport photos done and they were incredibly helpful and careful to make sure that the photos met all of the necessary requirements. Another time I came in I needed to return a package that was international and they were very prompt and supportive in making sure that I had all of the documents for customs so that I wouldn’t have trouble down the line. Both times I was helped by Miraj who was so quick, nice, and helpful !

  I brought 2 packages in for return, one pkg had return label with a QR code, no problems and very fast. Second pkg, no QR code but a printable sticker. I was led to a machine with computer, told once in broken English how to get my sticker. It was very confusing and the employee walked away as I was requesting more help. He ignored my repeated request and helped 6 - 7 new customers. He continued to ignore me until I interrupted and asked for help. He only then stated you have a credit card or no service. I've never experienced such a rude employee before. Very disappointed in the customer service. I Do not recommend this location.

  The customer service provided at this UPS was simply outstanding. I had a large shipment of over a dozen boxes & Dyno was patient, knowledgeable & kind as she walked me through the process. She even reenforced some of my heavy boxes and ensured that my fragile items were properly protected. She followed up with me after my boxes were picked up and when I had a delivery issue. I’m extremely grateful to her & the rest of the team; they cared for my items as if they were their own.
