- PPPhilippApr 13, 20261.0I’ve been a customer of this UPS store for over 10 years, which makes today’s experience particularly disappointing. I visited around 4 PM and encountered what appeared to be a new employee who was neither helpful nor interested in assisting properly. Instead of ensuring my package was handled correctly, he was dismissive, rude, and visibly impatient throughout the interaction. When I expressed frustration, he responded by saying, “I don’t like your tone.” After I replied in kind, he escalated the situation further and asked me to leave the store rather than attempting to resolve the issue professionally. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a long-standing customer. I will be reporting this incident to management and hope it is addressed promptly.
