  Terrible service. I brought in an Amazon package and the guy had headphones on so i didn’t know if he was talking to me or was on the phone. He was mumbling under his breath the whole time and i couldn’t understand him. He said he would not touch my box Bec it wasn’t taped down. Terrible service and horrible, lazy employees. Will be filing a complaint with corporate

  The man working behind the counter on the morning of 8 July at 9:09 am is very rude. I went straight to the kiosk to do a simple Amazon return but the kiosk said to 'See an Associate', so I did. This man told me to use the kiosk again and I told him it said to see an Associate. He then got visibly irritated and told me sternly to use the kiosk like a broken AI chatbot. I had to match his level and say loudly that it asked me to see an Associate. Luckily there was another female staff. She scanned my QR code, printed a receipt and I concluded my business; yes it was that simple and short. Maybe put that negative energy into learning or fixing your kiosk's prompts instead of taking it out on your customer. Or work somewhere else because you are miserable so early in the morning.

  The staff here are always helpful. The last time I visited in June 2026 I forgot my glasses and couldn't see to find the return email in my phone. The young man at the counter was very patient and assisted me with my package.
