Some of the worst service I experienced across any store in NY, and it wasn’t even my service- the guy at the desk straight out bullied the two people in front of me and they had to leave the store. Terrible.

Guy there was so nice. He fit a poster for me so I was able to ship it and he gave me an umbrella in the downpour when I didn’t have one

Wow this was actually the most confrontational store experience ive had in my life. I came in with a prepaid return label and my own packing tape to buy a box. I was told a box with no packing was $4. Then the store member grabbed my item added some paper to the box, and I pulled out my tape, which he said don't worry about it- then he taped the box closed, he rung me up $13....... When I confronted him over the cost, I was given a rude lecture about how my packing materials wouldn't work and that my item would break unless I paid for their packing services. After insisting, l got my item back and the $4 box, but was then told I was violating store policy if I put my item in the box in the store, and was told I needed to go outside to "use my box". Obviously at this point, I left entirely. I am usually quite forgiving, but the way I was talked to and basically kicked out of the store for not wanting to be ripped of after receiving a quote is crazy.
