    These people are awful. I had a return package and they said it’d be $3 to close the box with tape. I said that’s ridiculous and they told me to leave and go somewhere else so I went to the store a couple blocks over and had no issues

    Girls, do not use this UPS store. An employee today asked me a ton of inappropriate personal questions when I was making a return and now he has my full name and address!!! 🙃🙃🙃

    I came here on a Sunday at 2pm and it is CLOSED. Google states it IS OPEN . Really misleading

    Super hot inside, they ask you to arrange your packages for the driver’s pick-up route as they are too busy to do it. Ridiculous.

    The numerous reviews mentioning staff rudeness are accurate. I stopped in yesterday to drop off a package, and the young female employee who assisted me was extremely rude and displayed a clear lack of basic customer service skills. The interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant and left a very poor impression.
