  I really appreciate how kind and thoughtful. The team is at this UPS store. It was bustling today and I brought a return in, but the QR code was faulty. The employee helped me solve my issue and I can’t thank her enough.

  SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP. Worst place to do returns. Store pictures appear to be mock ups and don’t actually look like this (see entrance picture attached). This location appears to have opened before being fully operational. Several services commonly associated with The UPS Store brand were unavailable. The store appears unfinished, yet customers are being charged higher-cost staff-assisted alternatives because the typical UPS Store options are not available.

  Consistently excellent service. Polite, informative, prompt. I'm in Massachusetts and ship to this store frequently for my young adult college student - and they answer every call, can answer any question and never seem impatient or harried. Great resource for students and professionals.

  Extremely long lines and really absurd. They let a bunch or NYU students hold the whole line up while letting another girl go ahead of me. 30 minutes later and a waste of 30 mins of my life for something a robot and AI can do. Highly unorganized.. the place is un set up and looks like a NYU college dorm. Typical corporate games.
