    Consistently excellent service. Polite, informative, prompt. I'm in Massachusetts and ship to this store frequently for my young adult college student - and they answer every call, can answer any question and never seem impatient or harried. Great resource for students and professionals.

    Extremely long lines and really absurd. They let a bunch or NYU students hold the whole line up while letting another girl go ahead of me. 30 minutes later and a waste of 30 mins of my life for something a robot and AI can do. Highly unorganized.. the place is un set up and looks like a NYU college dorm. Typical corporate games.

    NO SERVICE! I waited 10 mins while an employee was staring at their computer presumably trying to help a first customer. They never acknowledged my presence. The second employee was busy tidying up in the back and offered no help although she seemed to be the senior one. I was unable to get service and was not spoken to. Both I and the person in line behind me ended up walking out.

    had a really unprofessional encounter--employee kept asking if I was doing a "challenge," whatever that is?? Aside from that, I came in to return a coat to Banana Republic. They had sent me a shipping label and assured me that all I had to do was show up to a UPS store with the coat and they would handle it. The employee had no knowledge of this policy and attempted to charge me for printing the label and a box to return--and ridiculed me for not bringing my own. I can't remember the last time I had such a negative interaction. I will try another UPS store where hopefully the employee is more knowledgable, or at least helpful.
