  Great notarization service! Got my appointment dates mixed up but since he was already there he was able to squeeze me in anyway. Quick and seamless process; will definitely be returning!

  I can’t believe this UPS store just charged me $3.50 to print a shipping label for a package I’m sending through UPS. Think about that for a second: I’m already paying for the shipping service, but if I don’t have access to a printer, I have to pay an extra $3.50 for a single black-and-white sheet of paper containing their own label. What made it even more unbelievable was that while I was there, three different customers were complaining about the exact same thing at the same time. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated frustration. Customers are actively telling UPS they don’t like this policy, yet the company still thinks it’s appropriate to nickel-and-dime people over a piece of paper. That’s not customer service. That’s creating a negative customer experience over a fee that likely costs pennies while generating a disproportionate amount of customer frustration. FedEx prints labels for customers at no charge, and it’s hard to understand why UPS can’t offer the same basic courtesy. If this is the standard experience, I’ll be doing everything I can to use other carriers whenever possible.

  I’ve been to many ups locations and the people who work at this one are very patient and helpful. You don’t often get this level of care at a big chain company. Thank you to the people who were there today.
