  Oh my goodness. This is the store to go to. I call them my friends. I am not celebrating phone literate but they always help me without any attitudes. Kudos to all of them. Thanks guys

  Worst service, waiting twenty minutes for a passport picture, never received serviced. Kept being told five minutes over and over and the employee with the camera was in the back doing god knows what and never came to assist me

  I'm shocked at the bad reviews. I go to this location a lot and the staff is always so professional and polite. They always take care of me with patience and respect. I typically go on Saturdays and everyone that works there on Saturday's are all absolutely excellent! They deserve a raise! ;) This location is one of the best UPS locations in the city in my opinion.

  Very unprofessional I was waiting on the line for like 15 minutes and when I finally get to the register and ask about notary the lady goes to the back and then yells to her otber coworker that someone needs notary. He then looks at his watch and said it’s closed for the day and I said what time does the notary close? He said 5pm and it was 4:57pm and I was online again for 15 minutes already. Never again not a very pleasant location no one says hello just next customer.
