  I wish I knew the name of the employee. He was responsibly doing his best to: 1.) take care of a very OLD man who needed to file information on their computer, while at the same time, 2.) people kept coming in to wait. 3.) He quickly gave an instruction to the old man to help him keep going on the computer, while quickly and efficiently taking care of the people in the line. He was an amazing worker PLUS a very caring human being. I wish I knew his name!. This happened at around 4:30 pm on July 15, 2026. Thank you!

  Jerr and Catherine were so polite and helpful despite it being such a small space and being surrounded by packages. Great service all around a big thanks!

  They never open when they should. Long line of people every morning waiting for them to finally open the store (late).

  I’ve been to this UPS store twice, a couple of months apart and had a very bad experience both times. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. Every time, he would make me wait for 10 minutes to « get things done ». Also, instead of professionally explaining that this UPS location only offers self service, he would with the rudest attitude say I have to label my packages myself, otherwise the branch would incur labor time and cost. When the other employee tried to help me with placing the UPS labels on my boxes, he told her not to and that I should do it myself. Very bad customer service, do not recommend this branch.
