  BE CAUTIOUS OF DROPPING OFF PACKAGES AT THIS LOCATION Dropped off a Next Day Air package off on Saturday 5/9. The package was scanned and I was given a receipt. It is now 5/13 and the package tracking still shows that the package was dropped off to this location. Unfortunately this means that the package was mishandled at this location after drop off.

  Super friendly and efficient service. And I witnessed amazing customer service by repacking goods for a customer so they would not break.

  We are so lucky that we have the UPS store that continues to have a notary, he’s a great guy and we’re very grateful for him. Otherwise, we’d have to go either to a very expensive notary who charges ridiculous fees or way out of our neighborhood. We all support our notary at My store at 511 Avenue of America New York City and please do everything you can to keep them there.
