Diane is behaving in a very professional matter despite the fact the an overly entitled customer entered the store and was shockingly rude. Diane explained clearly to the customer who then accused Diane of gaslighting her and behaving in a rude manner. I am amazed that Diane remained so calm and professional in dealing with this very inappropriate person.

- TGTarini GApr 13, 20261.0Do yourself a favour and don’t print here unless you are in a total bind.. they charge you $5 so they can access email and print one page, the self service desk is as expensive. Pretty ridiculous. I guess they have to make their money somehow… but I don’t particularly respect it and I suggest saving yourself the pain of burning money and going to a FedEx instead.
