  This is for the franchise owner in charge of this store. I've been coming in here for years simply because it's convenient. . .but I honestly can't stand it. The staff are pleasant enough, if a little slow at times, but holy lord man. . .on July 1 2026, one of the hottest days of the year in NYC, your AC was barely working. But here's the thing, it's not just this time it's been literally EVERY SINGLE SUMMER. I know enough about HVAC as a pretty capable handyman myself, and it's obvious from the very shabby installation, and the unit itself. . .that you're using a too-small AC for the size of that store. You're clearly looking to try save money. . . but despite the fans you have in there. . .your staff is (very) understandably miserable and cranky. Fans do absolutely nothing in this humidity but make matters worse. For the sake of all your staff and customers, FIX YOUR AC once and for all and don't frigging cheap out. Get an industrial/commercial unit, not a consumer one. Don't do it yourself. Hire someone. No excuses here. If the Gem Saloon right down the block (4X as big as your store plus 2 floors) can manage to keep stuff cool. . .so can you! Your staff (and customers) will thank you for it. Further, I see you in there from time to time sitting at the desk in the back when CLEARLY you're slammed up front, and I've NEVER seen you up front and helping them out when they need it the most. Maybe you have (hopefully!) but I've never seen it. And I rarely see you there to boot. Lastly, it's not just the AC. . .but the place is a total mess. That hasn't changed either. Like. . .ever. I never see anyone straightening up. . .at all . . .and it shows. And what's with all the flies?! Contrast this to the FANTASTIC UPS store at 387 Second Ave between 22nd and 23rd. It's literally night and day. The AC works. It's always clean. . .or at least organized. I'd lay $100 that's it's owned by someone else. . .and that person/group clearly is on top of things. Get on your game, man. Enough is enough already.

  charged me $5 to print a prepaid label. terrible customer service. would go to fedex instead.

  Note the system they use here will always add an extra inch to every dimension of your box here (even if it meets exact measurements) which quickly adds up. If you have the ability to print your own label before coming into store, please do so to avoid an extra $10-$15 charge from dimension overestimation (note all UPS stores already add an additional $5 for label printing as well).
