Instead of simply scanning my package, she kept going back and forth. I won't be returning to that location again.

I brought several packages to be returned to Amazon and I politely asked him if one of the boxed items could be returned as is or does it need different packaging. He responded in the most unprofessional manner by telling me, ‘If I didn’t tell you it didn’t then why ask’. He clearly hates his job and it not suited for this role. I’m now reading the reviews on this location and most of them are horrible. So clearly they’re able to get away with this poor behavior because no one is holding them accountable.

The old heavy women with Blonde hair is so LAZY & unprofessional, not to mention unpleasant to speak too. I had a Happy Return without a QR code and only a code that needed to be entered manually and she said she couldn't do that, it HAD to be a QR code. Additionally, I needed a label printed and they had the audacity to say it would cost $6 plus the cost of each page printed. In any event, I went to another location and they took care of my Happy Return manually with a Happy smile and they printed my label for $2 all in. This location needs serious employee and operational restructuring!
