- JGJames GApr 22, 20262.0The store employees at this location are very nice, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. That’s the only reason I gave more than 1 star. But, this store is very poorly managed, and it’s clear that management here is incompetent. First of all, the official UPS website says that air pickups occur until 7:15PM, but the actual pickup is between 6-6:30PM. This is a big difference, and was extremely damaging to my business when I had a time-sensitive shipment. It did not go out the day it needed to. Additionally, $5.45 to print a single label is highway robbery. Store owners should be embarrassed to charge that much. I will be taking my business elsewhere whenever possible.
