  I had a smooth experience at the store shipping some stuff I was selling, Mo was being very helpful making sure the article was packed safely before I left, the other staff were also nice and efficient. Would come again.

  I'm 80 years old. On a muggy morning I brought a large heavy Amazon return to this store. I was greeted by a friendly and polite person at the counter who told me I needed to afix a return label, which admittedly I had neglected to do. I asked them if I could leave the box there for 15 minutes while I went home to print the label because the box was difficult for me to carry. They said no, and that if I left it out of the way in the corner they would put it out on the street. When I returned with the labeled box they were friendly and polite as they processed the return. This was either a case of an employee who knows how to cover for their true nasty resentfulness, or store management that has stupid policies careless of customer needs and of the health and wellbeing of an elderly neighbor. This is not typical of other UPS stores in the I have visited. (Before leaving, I offered a small curse, that when in the future they are treated unkindly, that they think of me. They acknowledged this with a friendly and polite smile.

  Christina Deserves Recognition — She Turned Our Complicated 50-Package Shipment Into a Great Experience We had an unusually complicated shipment: around 50 packages, each going to a different address, with personalized handwritten cards that had to be matched carefully to the correct recipient and shipping label. We initially assumed we could simply bring the packages and an Excel sheet of addresses, but quickly learned that each label had to be created individually. Christina was incredibly kind, patient, and resourceful. She helped us figure out an efficient system for creating the labels, matching each personalized card to the correct package, and making sure the right label went on the right shipment. It was a very detail-heavy process, but with Christina’s help we managed to finish everything in only about 2–3 hours on a weekend afternoon. She was handling the store by herself and still made the whole experience feel organized, calm, and genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was how personable she was throughout the process. We talked about the books we were shipping, travel, and her interest in visiting Southeast Asia. She clearly cares about people, not just transactions, and she made what could have been a very stressful afternoon actually fun. Christina went far beyond what I expected from customer service. She absolutely deserves recognition — and a raise. Thank you, Christina, for helping us get all 50 packages out successfully!
