  UNTRUSTWORTHY EMPLOYEE. I was at the store picking up a package on 10/13/26 at around 9:45am. I put my phone down by the card reader, got my package and left. I was about 2 blocks away when I realized that I didn’t have my phone on me. I looked in my bag and checked my pockets and nothing. I go back to the store and ask the same guy who helped me if he had seen my cellphone and he said “oh u were just here, nope I haven’t seen a phone and no one has turned one in.” I start to panic and check my bag and pockets again. Something wasn’t right. I remember I could use the apple watch feature to try and find my phone and as soon as I press it I can hear my phone ringing. The employee opens up the drawer in front of him and says “oh is this your phone?” with a smirk on his face. I was extremely confused and if it weren’t for the fact that I was running super late I would have stopped a police officer and told him what happened. This employee must have thought I would take his word and would have left. Who tries stealing a phone when there’s so many ways to track a cellphone that’s lost. I am seriously so disgusted with that employee’s behavior. He seemed to be the only employee working there that morning. I never leave reviews or complaints but this whole situation was not OK and I will be speaking to management.

  Whilst the entire staff there is wonderful, Giancarlo is a DEFINITE standout at this location! He is patient, knowledgeable and just makes all my visits there happy ones! 100 stars all around!

  Is always a pleasure going to the UPS store at 33 Park PL! The staff like Christian and Elizabeth are a pleasure to deal with as also very professional and knowledgeable! No other UPS store i’ve dealt with have been as genuinely friendly! I truly wish all other stores would as such! Thank you!

  Christian at the UPS Store in Tribeca was warm, pleasant, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond, and made my return smooth and easy. It's rare to find that level of care these days, and I really appreciated his help.

  I dropped off a package with Christian today and he was so pleasant and helpful to deal with. He went out of his way to help me. I always have a pleasant experience when I go to the UPS store at Park Place. Thank You for having such a great team working for UPS!!!!
