  Best UPS in the COUNTRY (maybe the world). I've moved between NY and Texas twice in the last 6 years, and in both moves, I shipped my boxes from this store. Most recently, I shipped 27 boxes and they all arrived ahead of time, in perfect condition, and I couldn't have been more grateful for this team. I know that Dyno runs a tight ship. Shout out to Dyno, Devin, Victor and Kevin! Now, settled in Texas, I can confirm that the NYC customer service is very much missed. <3

  One of the best UPS stores in Manhattan. Efficient staff. Also very helpful even for those of us who needs a little extra help. Thank you!

  I had to drop off a package today and was greeted by Jorge. I was just expecting to drop the package and run, but he introduced himself and was so friendly, he improved my feeling for the rest of the day. I'm going to try and go there for all future needs.

  Wow. Devon was SO helpful. I thought I had kind of a complex logistical task: A friend of mine was going to drop off two of my rolling suitcases at this UPS on 61st and 2nd Ave, so that they could be packed in boxes and shipped across the country. I was not in the city to supervise. Before I even enlisted the help of my friend, I called the UPS store to see if this was possible, spoke to Devon, and he was like absolutely no problem. My friend, who is a yellow cab driver, just dropped off the bags, asked whoever was on shift to hold them in the storage room for Devon, and then promptly got back in his cab and left. The next day I called Devon to make sure that he had received the bags and that they were still safe in the storage unit so that we could complete the payment and packing. Well, Devon was already packing my bags according to how I’d asked him to two days prior! I had seashells in a tote bag inside of a rolling bag, and Devon packed the tote and the suitcase with bubble wrap to protect my seashells. He then perfectly packed both of my suitcases in their own boxes, took my address and my payment and the whole thing was done. The whole thing took about 10 minutes of my time, including my initial call to Devon. Y’all… to blindly call a UPS in New York City, and then get white glove service from beginning to end, and have the luxury of only dealing with the same single employee (assistant manager) who remembered all the exact specifics over a couple day period…? And then to have this person also have a care for my seashells? While in the middle of Manhattan?? I was so pleasantly surprised and kind of shocked by the ease of this experience, and the service I got. I hope I have a reason to use this UPS again. Thanks, Dev!!
