  Staff is helpful, but prices for services are too high. In order to print a document you have to "rent" a computer for $3 minimum. Then each b&w page is $0.69. My total charge was $5 to print 3 pages. Not worth it when FedEx and other stores allow you to use a printing station for free, using a USB or email, and only charge for the copies at half the price per page.
