  WARNING: PHYSICAL ASSAULT AND SHOCKING LACK OF CONCERN AT THIS LOCATION I am sharing my experience to warn the community, especially senior citizens and disabled individuals, about the dangerous lack of safety and total disregard for human decency at this store (The UPS Store #5777 at 300 E. 95th St). On Monday, June 16, 2026 at approximately 6:30 PM, I was at the counter handing three packages to the young man at the register. I am an elderly, disabled woman with visible gray hair. While facing the counter, I was suddenly and forcefully pushed and struck from behind by two UPS deliverymen. They physically assaulted me, offered no apology, and acted as if I didn’t even exist. When I turned around in shock and pain and looked them in the face waiting for an explanation, they just stared at me with complete indifference and said nothing. Absolutely abhorrent was the behavior of the store employee at the register. He had a direct line of sight and witnessed the entire physical assault happen right in front of him. He did absolutely nothing. He didn’t say a word to the two deliverymen, he didn’t intervene, and he never even bothered to ask if I was okay. I was so deeply shaken and traumatized by this ordeal that I just needed to escape these violent men and leave the store. What makes this even worse is that management has been notified of this horrific incident and they have completely ignored it, offering absolutely no response or accountability. Please be warned. This store is not safe. If you are a vulnerable person and you are mistreated or assaulted inside this establishment, the staff will stand there, watch, and do absolutely nothing to help you, and ownership will look the other way. Zero Stars. Avoid this location.

  Shanto has been an amazing help. Both he and Miraj have been so patient and knowledgeable. I’ve been able to send documents across the world and take passport photos with both of their help. I won’t be in my neighborhood much longer, but anyone who lives in the area should come to this location for their postal and shipping needs.
