  The Black guy will straight up ignore you. Like all I said was Hi, how are you? How miserable can you be that you ignore someone trying to greet you? Just don't work if you can't bother saying hello.

  Jaylon is a rockstar and is the best ups rep I’ve ever worked with before. I was returning a ac which had an absurd box design, and he was extremely patient in working with me to figure out how to get the contraption back in the box in a shippable format. I was about ready to punch the box but his saintly patience and calm problem solving skills helped resolve the situation!

  They quoted me $270 to ship a monitor and then bait and switched me to over $400 to add one bag of air to the box as a cushion They also have a fee for them to pack the box themselves in order to insure the item, which was another $60 even though I packed it right in front of them Not only that but the lady manager working there was super smug and disrespectful through the entire process. Needless to say I walked out. Shame on you UPS

  When someone goes above and beyond I’m forced to leave a review. I was in a hurry to get to an appointment and I had to have a label printed. I emailed it five minutes before so it would possibly be quicker when I arrived. When I got to the door a gentleman by the name of Abiel opened the door and had my labels already in hand. We live in New York and sometimes (all the time) we’re in a hurry and for this guy to go ahead and do that, I thought it was incredible. Give him a raise and cudos to whoever trained him…Happy Customer!
