- MMMcKenzie2 days ago5.0Mya has been wonderful the pass couple of days of opening she's been on time when I walk pass the store I see her fixing everything up and getting everything all set she is so sweet and kind she treat me like gold I sometimes come in without returns just to see her lovely face she's the best person to MET she is so sweet not just to met to anyone that she's takes if I was her manager I would give her a nice bonus she's just lovely and sweet

I was returning a ac which had an absurd box design, and he was extremely patient in working with me to figure out how to get the contraption back in the box in a shippable format. I was about ready to punch the box but his saintly patience and calm problem solving skills helped resolve the situation!
- GRGlenn RothwellJun 17, 20261.0They quoted me $270 to ship a monitor and then bait and switched me to over $400 to add one bag of air to the box as a cushion They also have a fee for them to pack the box themselves in order to insure the item, which was another $60 even though I packed it right in front of them Not only that but the lady manager working there was super smug and disrespectful through the entire process. Needless to say I walked out. Shame on you UPS
