  UPS Cashier, Whitney was very polite and professional, very helpful. I was able to send my multiple overnight mail with ease with her help.

  I called the UPS store that was closest to me and I asked them if I could print out a speed X printing label at their store and they said yes and that they could also take it to drop off to ship out. When I went, I had to wait in line for 20 minutes and then when it was my turn, they said that they couldn’t accept the speedX shipping label and that they’ve never seen it before. To the two workers that were there 6/22 at 11:00 am maybe don’t tell someone on the phone that they accept it and then say no when they arrive. I had to walk over there and Wait 20 minutes just for them to say no. unbelievable

  I am Canadian and live in Canada, but earned my BA in New York. I needed an apostilled version of my college diploma, and had to take care of the entire process remotely. Since the process for getting an apostilled diploma included having a notarized diploma go from my college registrar to the County Clerk for authentication before then heading to the NYS Department of State to get the apostille - and the County Clerk does NOT forward anything on to the NYS Department of State - this would have meant I'd have had no choice but to have my diploma shipped back to me in Canada from the County Clerk, only for me to then ship it BACK over the border to the NYS Department of State to be apostilled before they ultimately shipped it BACK to me in Canada again - with the ever-present threat of my documents getting stuck at the border for weeks at a time each time they crossed it. Because of this, I asked my college registrar for advice and they suggested getting an apostille service to help me. So when I discovered there was a UPS Store location that offered just such a service, and that it's located right by both the County Clerk's and NYS Department of State offices, and that they would even ship everything to me via UPS Express after they were finished - I was SOLD. The staff taking care of the Apostille Service are quick to respond to emails (just make sure you make the initial request via their website contact form; I tried emailing them directly first and didn't get a response that way, since it likely went directly to spam). And once they received my notarized copy of my diploma from my college, they were quick to send me a secure payment link, then very quickly performed the necessary actions to get my diploma apostilled and shipped to me, where I now have it in-hand. :) Highly highly recommend for anyone who can't run around New York City themselves to do all these tasks, especially if it's because they're living abroad!

  I would recommend a different UPS store or even a nearby access point as you may receive better service.This store has lost multiple packages packages that I have dropped off (two within the last 72 hours) and is a bit unhelpful in how to go about rectifying the situation.

  The store is supposed to open at 8:30 am and the opener is constantly late. I go there often to drop off packages and I walk by the store daily as it's near my job and more often than not, there is a line outside when the store is supposed to be open. I waited over 10 minutes past 8:30am the other day for them to come into work and open up. Store is very clean but the person scheduled to open always arrives late.
