But this UPS Store is consistently nasty and unpleasant, and after years of experiencing the same attitude, I’ve realized there are simply too many other UPS locations with a welcoming atmosphere to ever bother using this one again.
- BKBecca KramerSep 15, 20261.0Genuinely never write negative reviews, but they were so rude here. Threw my package down on the scale in a very “IDGAF” way that felt completely unnecessary. Also suggested the most expensive shipping option right from the outset. Terrible attitude and terrible customer service. Get it together. and if you hate your job that much, maybe just quit. Life is short. You’re not helping anyone by doing a shitty job and making a basic interaction unnecessarily unpleasant.

- ACAshlee CreweSep 8, 20261.0The staff was super unhelpful! I came in the store with a smile and left pissed off and so upset at my experience. The store was a mess. Packages on the counter, the staff looked at me like I was crazy when I needed a spot to place my returns. After getting to the front of the lines and starting my returns the lady informed me that she didnt have bags to fit and I can only return my items if I can get them to fit in the bag. Then she sent me to the back of a long line to shove my stuff into a bag which she definitely could've helped me do (and not my fault?) She gave me a nasty attitude when I came in respectful and kind. I WILL NOT be coming back here. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Very frustrating!
