I came here to get fingerprinting done for an FBI background check required for my visa application. I had previously been rejected at another location due to low-quality prints, so I came here specifically because of the positive reviews — hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the staff member gave me only the most basic instructions and left me to complete the entire fingerprinting process on my own. At previous locations, the technician had stayed by my side throughout — wiping the scanner between scans, offering tips on placement and pressure, and generally guiding the process. None of that happened here. I even had to clean the scanner myself. I asked the staff member to review my prints, as every previous experience I've had included a technician personally verifying the quality before signing off. He simply said, "If the machine approved it, you're good." I explained that I had been rejected before due to quality issues even with machine pass, and asked him to just take a quick look — not as a formal step, but as a professional courtesy. He repeated the same response. We went back and forth on this at least three times before I gave up and left. I can't speak to what the official service manual requires, but I can say with certainty that this experience felt dismissive and unhelpful. I'm now left hoping the FBI accepts my prints — because the only assurance I got was that a machine said so.

The store is dirty unorganized and short staff. The owner will leave for the day with long lines

The team at this location helped me with a difficult Amazon return that required a large box and tools to take it apart. I wouldn’t have been able to complete the return without their help!

I brought in a coffee machine right at opening (10:00 AM) on Saturday to be packed and shipped using a prepaid USPS label. I was originally planning to drop it off at the post office across the street myself, but was asked to leave it so they could include it in their daily USPS pickup and finish packing it after helping the customers waiting behind me. The package was never picked up that day because it clearly wasn’t packed in time for any of their USPS pickups, despite me being the first customer at opening. I came back the next day and could see it still sitting there through the window. When I followed up, instead of acknowledging that it wasn’t prepared in time, they blamed USPS pickup timing. They were very firm that this was USPS’s fault and did not take any responsibility at all. That’s the biggest issue here. Mistakes happen, and I likely wouldn’t be nearly as frustrated if they had simply acknowledged that they got busy and didn’t get to my package in time. Instead, they doubled down and insisted they did nothing wrong. The issue wasn’t USPS, it was that the package wasn’t ready in time. If I had just taken it across the street myself like I originally planned, it would have gone out the same day. Instead, I paid $17 for a box and some bubble wrap, only for it to be delayed two days until Monday. I specifically paid for this service to avoid waiting until Monday, since I could have packed it myself for free at work on Monday with leftover incoming packing materials that would just be thrown out. Beyond this situation, the experience here can be hit or miss depending on who you deal with. Sometimes they’re helpful, but other times they make up their own rules, especially with Amazon returns. It’s a busy store, and I do have some empathy for that, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of accountability here.
