  Crazy bad customer service. They messed up my passport photo (the measurements weren’t right) and then refused to retake them because “they only do passport photos Monday through Friday” which then I replied that they took my original photos on Saturday. So that’s suspect already. There was no one waiting. I guess their camera doesn’t work on Sundays or Saturdays when they feel like it. There’s $25 or whatever down the drain. Anyway, the Staples on 8th does passport photos. I left a 2 star review because it’s harder for them to delete. Should be zero stars.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS location this morning. As soon as I walked in, the employee seemed annoyed to be there and unwilling to assist. She never made eye contact and came across as rude both when asking questions and when providing information. English is not my first language, so I sometimes need things repeated. Each time I asked for clarification, she appeared increasingly irritated, which made the situation uncomfortable and unwelcoming. When I tried to point this out, instead of acknowledging the issue, she focused on asking whether the problem was that she wasn’t smiling, which completely misses the point. I am not looking for a smile. I expect basic politeness, professionalism, and a willingness to help customers. Overall, the service felt dismissive and unprofessional. I hope this location improves its customer service approach!

  DO NOT GO TO THIS UPS STORE!! Read my Review below along with ALL the others!! THIS OWNER SHOULD CLOSE HIS STORE!! I went in to drop off an Amazon return. It was unboxed because I didn't have any packing tape at home. I asked the heavy set, bearded man behind his computer who barely looked up if I could use some packing tape to box up the Amazon Blender I was returning. He proceeded to tell me that I could NOT use the Store's tape and that he would box up my order for a charge of $5.45. I asked him the price of the Packing Tape and it was $4.98. I then purchased the $4.98 Packing Tape (cuz I actually needed to buy some) and when I began to pull the Blender out of my bag to box it up, he said: "there is no instore boxing allowed." I LOL'd and said What?! He then repeated himself with a straight face, "there is no instore boxing allowed." Does anyone else see the irony?! I am in a UPS Store - LOL!!! Anyway, as I re-loaded the Blender parts into my bag, I asked in a calm voice: "What is your problem, why the rudeness and attitude?" He just looked back at his computer. I went across the street and boxed up my Amazon Blender return in the lobby of an office building. When I returned with my Blender boxed and ready to ship to Amazon, I went to the *Other* UPS Store Clerk whose name is ISAIAH!! Isaiah is a sweet heart. Very professional and kind. I am Praying for him that he has to work in that toxic environment with Mr. Unhappy and Rude!!! I Pray the Lord blesses him with another job at another UPS Store!! Again: DO NOT GO TO THIS UPS STORE!!!
