On more than one occasion, staff provided information or made promises that later turned out to be incorrect. For example, I was given delivery time estimates that were unrealistic and ultimately could not be met. In another case, a staff member told me a particular service was available, but when I returned, the manager not only refused the service but also implied that I had been given incorrect information or was misrepresenting what had been said. What concerns me most is not that mistakes happen, but how they are handled. Instead of acknowledging miscommunication between staff members, I often felt that the responsibility was shifted onto the customer. This creates an unnecessarily argumentative experience.
