  Carolina gives the best customer service possible, I believe that she deserves to get a raise and or a bonus, my grandmother came by earlier to ship her package and she doesn’t really understand technology but thankfully Carolina was kind enough to help assist my grandmother with her package so if you want great customer service carolina should be the person you go to!

  I wanted to return an Amazon package, which was shipped to me by UPS and I had a return QR Code provided for UPS. The store clerk, mentioned to me that the packaging won’t be accepted even it was the original package and offered me to buy a packaging from the store. I am not going to unpack & buy a new package. Just go to the nearby UPS store on 34th street. I had no issues there about the packaging.

  (Update) really don’t go here. The price per signature for a notary is apparently only 2 dollars but I was charged 5.5 dollars….seriously something is wrong here. Simple drop off are fine but do not book a notary appointment. I had an appointment at 4pm and was told the notary guy was not there yet. He did not show up for 15 min…what is the point of a reservation honestly. Just book somewhere else. Ridiculous.
