  The rudeness and unprofessional-ism of your 2 employees at this UPS store, 4080 Broadway, New York, NY 10032, is quite stunning. It is 2:30pm 5/26/2026 and I just left from dropping off a package that is returning to Amazon. There was a line forming In the small space that is surely a fire hazard. Two employees working and I was next in line. The male employee called the person behind me next which confused me. I naturally thought to move to the next employee of female believing that she would take care of me. She did not. She continued working on a previous order and showed no interest in helping me. During this time the male employee who passed on helping me continue to help three other customers as he saw me standing right there. When I pointed this out to the female employee She told me that I had to wait until next was called and that she never called next. I was surprised at her rudeness. Next she begrudgingly helped accept my package, I waited for my receipt, and proceeded to exit the store at which time she yelled "you could say thank you. " I have never felt so ridiculed and embarrassed inside a UPS store in my life. If the employees you have working at this location cannot abide by simple customer service etiquette, then they should not be working there. Others in line were also surprised.

  Always receive wonderful service from the gentleman who works full time at this location as well as the support staff. He helps my husband and me with rush printing, copying and mailing tasks. We are grateful for his committed service and easy going, kind nature. Thank You.

  I LOVEEEE THIS STORE MAINLY BECAUSE SCARLET N THE EMPLOYEES THERE ARE OUTSTANDING! SCARLET IS VERY PATIENT PROFESSIONAL N VERY HELPFUL!! I WAS IN THERE TODAY! N I WATCHED HER WORKING VERY HARD! TAPING UP PACKAGES LIKE U WOULD NOT BELIEVE! SOOOO STRONG! N WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE! SHE HAS SUCH A GREAT ATTITUDE! SHE IS BEAUTIFUL PL IN N OUT!!! THIS STORE! ROCCCKKKKKKKKS!! WE DEFINITELY NEED MORE PL LIKE SCARLET! I LOVE EVERYONE THERE!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!
