We are paying for the services and expect some kind of respect and support. All I’m expecting is some sort of friendly response and support.
- SPSusan PApr 28, 20261.0It's the crappies Staples location in the city. The staff all hate working there and don't wanna be there so they're slowly and snarly and extremely unhelpful. The rudeness maker is through the roof and literally every single one of them is just there for a paycheck and couldn't care less about Blish when they work in. They will not help you with any kind of print jobs or pay attention or come over and try to resolve issues, stay away from this location
- BRBianca RodriguezApr 15, 20261.0yeah i had submitted a single document to be printed the night before. aware it had a 7:30 pm pick up time but every single location i went to in the past had no problem just printing it out for me when i got there. i’ve been to multiple locations before. i was going to be in the area and needed it printed asap. i was supposed to only pay .35 cents. went in 15 min ago and told me that they couldn’t print it for me and i had to use the computers. i ended up paying 5 bucks for a single piece of to be printed because i had to go through the extra steps since the worker didn’t want to help me… no reason i should pay more than i was supposed to for a single document when i had already made an order online in advance.
