- AAAniMar 9, 20252.0This review is based on an experience on 03/09/25 at 3:25 - 4:12pm. Was here for 30 mins trying to print a simple 2 page colored document. I used the computers for 2 mins & 26 seconds, & printed my document. The ink was incredibly faded, there was a prominent streak on both papers, to the point the words were hardly legible. Unfortunately there were only two employees stationed there & about 6 customers at a time, but I waited about fifteen minutes to be assisted on something that could've been avoided if there was a sign saying the computer station's printer was low on ink. The staff member was polite but didn't "go above & beyond" to help me. He replaced my document. Then, I waited another fifteen minutes to use the printers as out of the six machines only two were in service and two other customers were using them since my arrival to the store. By the time I could print, I find out the machines don't accept tap-to-pay, despite the paypad having the tap-to-pay symbol. TLDR; if you can, go to the Staples on 8th street. Service is quick & efficient & the employees are better trained on what is available.
