The customer service is very bad, especially the tech support is very unprofessional, they are not educated enough to do any type of tech , I will not go to specifically to this store, I will not advice to other. Thanks

Super friendly staff. Very convenient location. I found everything I was looking for even though it's a relatively small store. People really step up to help you find what you need. I was offered and shown all the options they had for a card reader. Cashier staff very friendly as well. It was a very good shopping experience.

The only Staples i could find in a wide area thats open at 7am for printing services. I had a few problems printing but the woman behind the counter was very helpful with directions and also did not charge me extra for the first few faulty prints

I went on 6/24/26 around 9 am to get last minute graduation cap decor and party supplies for my daughter’s graduation. I had my 1.5 year old and daughter with me. The girls at the balloon counter went above and beyond to help me, even though they had a lot of customers and seemed to be understaffed. They made sure every customer was being attended to as quickly and efficiently as possible. They worked very well as a team to make sure everything was being done correctly, quickly, while still providing amazing customer service. They helped me find everything I needed, and introduced me to the Staples Rewards program to get extra points on the things I was purchasing. I will be coming here more often when they are working to get items I need even if Amazon is a little easier, they make coming into the Staples store worth it. Thank you ladies!

Used the services to create and print posters to be used at a memorial service. There were a few glitches with the order, but Anthony & Bianca were very accommodating in making everything work out. As a sidebar, computer use rates are INSANE, so I highly recommend creating your documents/projects elsewhere to reduce costs.
