  So I don't ever write reviews, but I really wish more people wrote reviews when someone is great and I have to say that Ruben absolutely rocks. He was SO helpful with my weird printing project and was just an excellent, super friendly, really professional person.

  in terms of waiting for service in the copying area, UPS/Staples it’s a nightmare there there you know they should have three people there, but they don’t so they’re really totally exploiting these workers. It’s terrible. I feel for the workers.

  The customer service at this location is atrocious. Every time I go there, the employees blatantly ignore the customers and let the lines increase until people have to speak up. When the employees do speak, it’s in one word sentences and they seem angry even if you are smiling and trying to make light conversation. I would avoid this location if possible!

  Today Sat 4/18 around 5.10 pm , it’s my first time been here. it was amazing experience! I was looking for 3 packs of banker box. @13 box and 1 eraser. I asked one of the young guy tall and curly hair staff , He’s not only tell me which isle like what other lazy associate usualy did, but he walked with me to the item at, and when i want to find eraser, i i was about to take those 3 packs banker box with me, but he told me he will bring it to cashier ! Not only that, after done with checkout, he even helped me bring it to upstairs👍 Thank You sooo much for helping me !

  I’ve had consistently great experiences at Staples on 82nd and Broadway. The Print & Marketing team here is top-tier, and a big part of that is thanks to Fathema Metu’s leadership.  Fathema leads an exemplary team—professional, efficient, and incredibly welcoming. I come here often for both work and personal printing needs, and every single time she has been nothing short of amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right, and you can tell she truly cares about both her customers and her team. What really stands out is how personal she makes the experience. In a fast-paced city, that level of attention and consistency is rare. You feel taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this location—Fathema and her team set the standard for what great customer service should look like.
