This Staples location simply got the job done for me. The experience was largely self-service. No one greeted me when I arrived or went out of their way to assist, but once I purchased my shipping and prepared my package, an employee did retrieve it and get it processed without any issues. One thing that stood out was the pricing of the shipping supplies. There were affordable tape options available, but I found the boxes, packing paper, and bubble wrap to be quite expensive. If you’re planning to purchase shipping materials here, be prepared to pay a premium compared to what you might find elsewhere. Overall, the store served its purpose and my package was shipped successfully. The experience wasn’t exceptional, but it was efficient and accomplished what I needed it to do.

I’m here to give a big shoutout to Marlin for her assistance this morning (6/10/26) with a last-minute project that I was able to complete before leaving for Italy later today. Save your time, went in for a simple TSA Pre-check appointment. When the worker that had to help me was told I was there for an appointment she sucked her teeth. Then she double checked the time with her colleague to make sure I wasn’t late, and when she saw I wasn’t, sucked her teeth again, because that means she would have to help me instead of turning me away. Then on the way to helping me complained that she had work to do as if I was just there to disrupt her day. To the point that the other employee had to tell her this is your job. Never been so disrespected for no reason 😂. If she hates it so much maybe she should quit, I don’t think customer service is her strong point.
