  Near Port Authority and needed urgent work supply. I had a small suitcase. Got inside, elevator out of order and sales girl said it breaks all the time. So she and young man watched me carry heavy suitcase up the 2 steep flights of stairs. The sales girl upstairs laughed as I arrived out of breath. I found what I could, many supplies lacking variety and paid. I left carrying my suitcase down the 2 flights of stairs with no one offering assistance to this 65 year old ... u need to get this store organized and fix elevator since u are main store in the heart of the City!

  If you want to be treated like absolute trash come right over to this staples. The people in the printing store absolutely hate what they do and hate customers. I kindly asked if they could sell me some sheets of acetate paper and they decided to yell at me as a solution. I asked them to charge me for prints but just give me the paper and they said no. And I get it it’s not policy but bro how about you use your common sense and respond with kindness instead of being completely rude.

  The store is wonderful! The staff are amazing, they tried their best to help me! I only want to tell the guy (probably a customer) in a white t shirt on my way in who said I could hold the door for the lady who had hands full at around 7:05 PM today. I told you I have to hold my scooter. I was in a rush so wasn’t able to stay and tell you this: my scooter is unstable and my laptop is in my bag on the head of my scooter. If my scooter falls down, do you pay for the damage and the loss of the important files??? Didn’t you see I am also a lady carrying heavy stuff alone? If I came in with no carryon then I would be more than happy to be that nice person who could hold door. If you don’t know anything, don’t try to teach someone else. Thank you for your kindness :)

  I have an Ipostal1 subscription here. I don't normally send packages here. But I ordered a cell phone in January. The package showed as delivered, but the Staples employee said they weren't here. There was a signature, but the person who signed wasn't here either.I finally got a refund from the seller after a 1.5-month process, but to be honest, it seemed suspicious to me.

  The staff was very helpful. The equipment was easy to use. Definitely a plus when you're in a hurry.
