  Don’t count on them to meet their own deadlines. Very disappointed. Online it said my order would be done by 08/07 by 7:30pm . I asked nicely if they could please complete the order before the start of the controversial show at MSG. One of the comedians wanted to give fans a gift. The young kid at the counter was professional, but he went to his supervisor and she was rude and clearly had a punishing attitude. Wielding her power. I had a gut feeling that she was going to screw with project. So I paid another shop alphagraphics to print the same order. Alphagraphics had completed the order same day in just a few hours. Staples was a huge failure on this order. They missed the mark in customer service. And grossly missed their own quoted deadline of 7:30 PM August 7. I had to go to the store and inquire about the order and then waited until it was completed 20 hours late, 3:00pm 08/08. It’s extremely unprofessional for management to be messing with businesses. I was polite and professional and smart enough to read the room. Reading other reviews I agree the quality of service was quite possibly decided when I walked into the room. Such a terrible mindset.

  Amazing last minute printing job for an important meeting! Gerri & Sadeek were so kind and saved my Job. Special shout to Gerri who had the patience to direct me while having a busy line. Her kindness and efficiency were 10/10.

  The employees at this Staples location were unreliable, unprofessional, and extremely unhelpful. I ordered business cards, and someone from the store called to tell me that the design would not print properly. However, they should have emailed me a picture or digital proof so I could see the issue for myself. I went to the store and asked an employee to show me what the card would look like. At first, he only showed me the design on a regular sheet of paper, which did not give me a clear idea of the final result. I then asked him to print an actual sample. The business card was slightly off, but it still looked good to me. I understood the issue, accepted the result, and did not mind the small imperfection. I told him that was exactly how I wanted the cards printed. However, he then said he could not place the order because it had already been canceled. That explanation did not make sense because he was still able to print ten sample cards. Since I had approved the result, they should have allowed me to place a new order and print the cards. The gentleman helping me also seemed unfamiliar with the store’s printing services and repeatedly had to ask another employee for assistance. However, the employee he asked appeared completely uninterested and unwilling to help. The entire experience was frustrating, and I felt that the employees were not knowledgeable, honest, or willing to help me complete my order.
