Udana was very nice and helpful. The do Amazon return drop offs, but only what fits in those Amazon return boxes. Udana made it work for me. They’ve got an Amazon locker and also a KeyMe kiosk, which was very interesting.

I had to print stickers and accidentally opened the wrong package. Richard was so nice and let me exchange the package I had for the correct one. He also took the time to walk me through the Staples app and to help me find my purchase receipts, rewards, and available coupons. I then went downstairs to print the stickers and Darian was so patient with my order, making sure the printout was scaled appropriately and that I was satisfied. There were some technology issues but he was very nice and took the time to make sure everything was correct before placing the order. It was very busy in the store and I appreciate both of these workers taking the time to assist me!

I pass by this store daily and never really had a reason to go in. I went in twice this week and each time I was welcomed with a smile and a hearty hello. I was advised on the most efficient ways to place my order and enrolled I. The loyalty program. I’m huge on customer service, so I really appreciated the experience.

Last week I went to print some documents, even I asked for help the employees was like chatting with each other. I asked one of them for help, she ignored me and another person came to ask for help, she got it. I ended up leaving the store ro go to a other one and the service there was excelent and fast. This store that locate at 500 8th ave in Manhattan need to be shut down or fire all the employees to replace them with one with more customer service oriented.

Worst copy center experience I've ever had. The sign on their own machine tells customers to contact a CopyCenter associate to load custom paper so I did. Refused. I then asked if they could sell me compatible cardstock from their own inventory so I could get the job done. Refused. Offered to pay extra to expedite. Refused. Not one attempt to find a solution. Just rude, dismissive staff who couldn't be bothered. Completely incompetent and unhelpful from start to finish. Go to FedEx Office across the street instead at least they know how to do their jobs.
