- ZQZoë QuintanaAug 17, 20261.0I was supposed to get my Ikea delivery yesterday. They cancelled last minute saying that it didn’t fit the truck. Now it was supposed to arrive tomorrow. But I just got another email saying that it will arrive next week. I called and they don’t have excuse this time. I talked to them 4-5 times on the phone and they do nothing. Same with Ikea by the way, nobody knows when I am getting the furniture. The last thing I know is that some RXO manager was supposed to call me back 30 mins ago. Still waiting. All this while I am sleeping and eating on the floor because I ordered everything from Ikea for a new apartment.

And the two guys that were bringing my couch were really rude with my wife when she helping them bring the boxes up. She basically brought up half of the boxes while the two guys were complaining that it was raining and that we are supposed to inform them of rain like I have a meteorologist station and know how to predict the weather. Over all really bad service experience. Not professional workers. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on others

She accelerated the re-delivery and ensured I had the information I needed. It was a terrific customer service experience and I'm grateful that RXO empowers their people to resolve issues. I really felt JoAnn cared about my experience and am grateful to her, as well.
