    The X in RXO means their communication is Xtremely terrible. I've asked for a Certificate of Insurance with specific instructions for my building rules 3 times and do not listen at all. They make promises they cannot keep. I would bail but my delivery and install from Frigidaire direct is pending. All I want is a new fridge, guys. Geez.

    Although we paid $175 for installation and $40 for haul-away services, the delivery team from RXO failed to perform either task. Upon arrival, the RXO team informed us that they had no plumbing training and had never installed a dishwasher before. Their "customer service" representative who was "coordinating" the delivery had absolutely no idea what was going on or any ability to control or change the outcome of the situation. As a result, they left the unit in our dining room, where it has remained for a week while we sourced and paid for an independent plumber to handle the installation and removal of the old unit. We have called and spoken to Frigidaire and RXO's "customer service" team which is without a doubt an off-shore answering service. Despite my history as a loyal customer—having previously purchased four air conditioners, a stainless steel oven, and this dishwasher—I will no longer be working with Frigidaire or RXO moving forward.

    Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars so 1 star will have to do. Extremely unprofessional, rude and completely useless. They wouldn’t do the delivery because the access to the gas valve was in the other room. Completely and utterly useless. Any company doing business with them should just reconsider

    Believe all of the reviews! This was by far one of the worst delivery experiences I've had. I didn't choose this delivery service the merchant did. RXO first provided me with delivery window from 1-5pm. I reached out to them and told them I had a conflict at 2:30-3:30pm and it would be best to come after 3:30. They confirmed. The delivery driver arrived and rang my ring doorbell twice at 2:49pm and 2:50pm, and my Ring camera caught him taking a photo of my home at 2:50:23pm, and then he jumped in the truck and left. I arrived at home at 2:55pm and text him at 2:58pm that I was home. The driver text back that he was there and sent a photo of my house. RXO said the driver informed them that he waited the required 15 minutes after ringing the bell and then left. Now, I'm no NASA mathematician, but 2:49pm-2:50pm is not 15 minutes. I spent over 45 minutes, mostly on hold, waiting to speak to the supervisor or escalation team. The employee got back on the phone with me after I told her what I saw on the cameras, and said that the driver said he drove down another block away from the house to wait the 15 minutes. They didn't believe him either. Now they say I have to wait 24-48 hours for the item to be returned to the hub, in New Jersey before they will reschedule their "white glove" service. I've reached out to the merchant to refund my $195 shipping, handling and delivery fee. If your merchant gives you a choice, tell them NO TO RXO!

    I ordered from Lowe's on 31 March 2026 a sliding glass door. Delivery was scheduled for 1 Apr 2026 between 8am - 12pm. Received a call from driver who stated they were running late and would arrive in 30 minutes. That didn't happen! 2:15ish I receive a call stating the truck broke down! The trucks breaking down is a very common excuse given by RXO! Long story short - rescheduled for 2 April 26 after 1 pm. No show/no call. No further contact from RXO until late afternoon 3 April 26. Delivery tentatively scheduled for after 1pm today. They did show up on time (I'm shocked that the showed up at all!). Driver and assistant refused to use an unobstructed pathway to bring the door to my backyard (emphasis on UNOBSTRUCTED), claiming it was unsafe. I recorded the interaction. They didn't like that! Brian (driver) was respectful. The other guy flipped me off! I fully expect to receive the standard reply ("We are so sorry your experience wasn't positive blah, blah, blah"). I will have a letter in the mail 6 April 26 addressed to upper level managerial staff and CEO of Lowe's recommending they contract with another delivery company. Buh-bye Lowe's. Hello Home Depot! Update: Received phone call while I was sleeping from someone whom I assume was with RXO. No voicemail left so no knowledge if it was indeed an RXO representative. Received text 9:01am 4/6/26: "Hello. I am Joanna from RXO. I was reaching out to discuss your recent Lowe’s order. Thank you so much." My response 1:11pm 4/6/26: Hello Joanna! Thank you for reaching out to me via text and telephonically. Henceforth please communicate with me via text or email so that I may have a written record of our interactions. You've obviously read my negative review on your website and/or my email to Mr. Sass of Lowe's in Newburgh. Resolution of my complaint would be very simple - recompense for the subpar service RXO provided. My request is as follows: 1) Reimburse me the $79 delivery fee and 2) Reimburse me $100 out of $200 (nonrefundable) I had to pay the Handyman who was going to install the door while coordinating multiple days for the installation. I am willing to forego any further action regarding the unprofessional staff member. I am also willing to update my review indicating a satisfactory resolution. Sincerely, Deborah Estevez 7:35pm 4/7/26 No response! Update. Received the following text from Joanna 8:40am 8 April 2026: "Hello! When I contacted the hub manager, he disagreed with your account. As the managers are responsible for approving compensation requests, there was not much I could do on my side. I do believe you, but my hands are tied. Thank you so much." My responses: "Thank you for your response. Who is the hub manager? Where is he located? I'd like to learn his version of the circumstances that have led to my complaint. Additionally, what is the status of my complaint about the staff member who "flipped me off"? " "I find it very difficult to believe that recompense can only be authorized by the manager of the hub. I'm sure there is someone in upper management of RXO who can override the hub manager's disapproval. Please look into that. I look forward to your response."
