  Most unprofessional and rude staff, everytime I deal with Ikea I have to deal with these people for delivery and they are HORRIBLE! AVOID THEM!!!

  Worst shipping company ever! They delivered a refrigerator I order from Lowe’s . Without asking me they hauled away my old fridge. I never paid for haul away nor asked them to remove it from my driveway. I called multiple times asking for my property back. After 3 weeks Maria from corporate gets in touch with me and says they will give me a $300 gift certificate. I agree to it. It’s been over 2 weeks since they said they would send it and I have not received anything. When I call customer service they tell me I cannot talk to anyone in the gift card department and I have to email them. I’ve emailed the department three times with no answer. They have the worst customer service and will not own up to the mistakes they make. The worst part is I didn’t hire try em Lowe’s did. Stay away from!

  9/15/26 - updating this review to a 3.5 stars to reflect on the help I've received since my complaint. Want to thank Joanna from the social media team and the supervisor Kenya for assisting me in resolving the issue and getting an earlier delivery. The delivery was completed without further issues. While I cannot give the 5 stars due to the initial mishap, I do appreciate them reaching out to me and resolving the matter as soon as they were able to. Thanks again. Initial review: Took the day off to get ready for IKEA sofa which I ordered in august. only to be told it needs to be rescheduled due to "delays" at the facility. Fine, things happen. but now I have to wait another 2 weeks for the next delivery? they wouldn't let me reschedule with RXO, told me to call IKEA to do it. The packages are all there at the center, someone needs to just drive it over. unacceptable that I have to wait this long, and what happens if again there is a delay in 2 weeks? Wait some more?

  1 star is too much. Poor communication, poor customer service. they don't understand that receiving texts that items have been delivered is stressful, particularly when there are no products. you have to call LOWES and they are even worse in NYC- they put you on hold transfer you. This company is poor. I don't aprepeciate customer service. They don't understand how frustrating it is to be told one will receive an order in 30 minutes and then be waiting 3 more hours and multiple phone calls later. POOR company. Poor customer service. Failure of a system.

  Worse shipping company ever. They said my item would be delivered Friday. Was not. They said it would be delivered Saturday. Was not. It has been out for delivery for two days and it is less than an hour away. Called them today and they gave me a date five days later. Will never order anything that they ship again. Amazon, get them to improve or drop them. Ridiculous.
