    worst ever, they never pk up the phone, long wait. Never can find a case but Bstock will say its been delivered, but it hasnt. Poor service.

    After posting my concerns about an unmade delivery and inaccessible customer service, I received a call from an RXO teammember named JoAnn, who was extremely helpful and thoughtful. She accelerated the re-delivery and ensured I had the information I needed. It was a terrific customer service experience and I'm grateful that RXO empowers their people to resolve issues. I really felt JoAnn cared about my experience and am grateful to her, as well.

    This has been perhaps the worst deliver experience I've ever had. My samsung dishwasher was suppose to be installed on 5/26. They came, couldn't "remove" the original dishwasher from its spot and told me call someone else to remove it. It took only 30 minutes of research and work to lower the dishwasher myself and remove it myself. They told me they could come back later that day or tomorrow. That ended up being a lie and they rescheduled for two days later. Not to mention they said they would call me back, which they never did. Fine. Two days later the guys show up first thing in the morning which is great. Only problem is they forgot the cable to plug in the new dishwasher. They tell me they can't do anything it will have to rescheduled AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous. But whatever, next time it will finally be installed. Now they've made me wait 4 days because of the weekend and Monday morning comes along. I just got a call this morning telling me that they've FORGOTTEN THE POWER CABLE AGAIN. This is absolutely insanity. No customer service, no help, absolute incompetence on every level. I asked to talk to a supervisor and the guy just rerouted me back to the robot lady. So awesome. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

    RXO Delivery Service is one of the most frustrating delivery companies I have ever dealt with. I tracked my delivery through RXO’s app and tracking link all day, and neither provided useful or accurate information. Throughout the entire day, the shipment appeared to remain in or around Edison, New Jersey, while I am located on Long Island. Based on the tracking information, it never appeared that the delivery was actually progressing toward my location. I had a delivery scheduled today with a four-hour delivery window from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Because of this appointment, I took the entire day off from work. At 3:59 PM, I received a missed call from the driver. I immediately returned the call at 4:01 PM—just two minutes later—but it went straight to voicemail. I then attempted to contact RXO customer service, only to find that nobody answered. After finally reaching out through email, I was told someone would call me back. That never happened. Instead, I was informed that the delivery would now need to be rescheduled, and to make matters worse, I can’t even schedule a new delivery date for another 24 to 48 hours. What makes this even more frustrating is that, based on the tracking information, it never appeared that the truck was anywhere near my area. The entire situation creates the impression that little effort was made to complete the delivery, yet I am the one being inconvenienced and forced to wait even longer. It’s unbelievable that a company can consider a delivery attempt failed after a single missed call when the customer returns the call almost immediately. There was no reasonable effort to contact me, no follow-up, and no meaningful customer service support. The result is that I wasted an entire day waiting at home and now have to rearrange my schedule because of RXO’s poor communication and lack of accountability. If your time is valuable, think twice before using RXO. Their tracking system, communication, customer service, and delivery process were all disappointing. This experience showed a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time.
