  WE HAVE HAD TO HIRE A LAWYER TO DEAL WITH THE COMPANY. We found out that KMBS overcharged us by tens of thousands of dollars on our copiers, and they've refused to contact us about this or do anything – just crickets. I had worked with this business for 15 years. The last two copiers I leased from KMBS never did give consistent color. For a year and a half KMBS worked to fix the issue, but never could. I asked to have the copiers replaced four times without a response – again, crickets. I was told by their service department that KMBS does not guarantee color quality on their copiers. We eventually had to take our business elsewhere, and that's when we learned that KMBS had collected payments for months on an old lease, and that we'd also paid taxes on property that was in their possession. If not for the faulty copiers, we might never have learned what KMBS had done. Our association with KMBS has proven to be a devastating drain on our finances. My advice: beware of KMBS. If you do choose to enter that tiger's den, watch your back.
