- ALAngela C. LewisJun 18, 20261.0I’m a loyal FedEx customer. There was a glitch with their system and it delayed processing my labels for like 4 mins. The manager made a big loud scene about how my packages weren’t going to go out with the others. I spent $ and now my gift won’t get there in time. There was no reason I can see not to give me the courtesy of getting my packages out. I’ll think twice before coming here again.

- PLPeter LMay 20, 20261.0Wow. Went at 9:30 on a Monday. Door open - no one at desk. Filled out forms - waited 15 minutes - no one came. Two people came and left - they said this was normal... I went next door and asked Security Card if any one was coming. She said she would call someone. 5 minutes later a very annoyed gentleman appeared and was OBNOXIOUS throughout the whole sending process. Horrible service - FEDEX should be ashamed.
