- EEEnrikAug 24, 20261.0Very disappointing customer service at this FedEx location. I stopped by around 8:30 PM, 30 minutes before closing, to drop off six laptop boxes. There were only three customers ahead of me, all with small packages. The representative came over and told me he was no longer taking any more customers for the night and gave me another FedEx address to go to instead. This was especially frustrating because it had already taken me about 15 minutes to find parking in the area. If the location is listed as open until 9:00 PM, customers arriving at 8:30 PM should reasonably expect to be helped. Refusing service while the location was still open was very disappointing.
