- MAMargi AntonioMay 7, 20251.0If I could give this 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service experience. The lady had no idea how to ship an international package, was incredibly rude (made snarky comments to herself and was rolling her eyes and laughing at me asking her questions). I ended up going down the street where the process went seamlessly and the FedEx employee was polite and competent. Do not go to this one — what an embarrassment. The worker did not know how to do her job whatsoever.

I was making a complaint because I went to this store to drop off a package and the company informed me that they received an EMPTY package. I knew from the time it was scanned into the store then on the truck being delivered, the phone must have gone missing at some point. To my surprise I read another review from 4 months ago of a package they sent that was empty upon delivery. Safe to say that there is something happening at this location, DO NOT DROP OFF ANY PACKAGE HERE! THE RECEIVER WILL RECEIVE AN EMPTY PACKAGE !

If you can't do it just tell us you can't do it. Don't waste our time. She eventually ignored us and i do not think FedEx should tolerate staff with this horrible attitude.
