- MVMel VSep 1, 20261.0I shipped items after a business meeting that I attended. I shipped ground knowing that it was 5 days to get from NYC to CA. This location held my package for 4 DAYS before having picked up and now it will be 5 days later than what is stated on my receipt. Had I known that they would be so laxed and not care about getting ground packages out on time, I would have selected overnight or found a local UPS. This is unacceptable and has now put me in an awkward position with the customer that I needed these items for. They also had no problem charging me a $15 handling fee for essentially taping up a box that I also purchased from them for an additional $10. It seemed convenient having this location right in the hotel, but the convenience is negated by the disregard for getting packages out as promised. Do better FedEx Marriott Marquis!

- TTTom TangoOct 31, 20161.0Don't go there this is a tiny shop with outdated equipment. Their printer didn't print unicode characters correctly. That was after we had to reboot their terminal because it kept freezing. Wasting time and money. People were very nice but they can't help u as the equipment is just useless!
