  I needed to print just one important to me page in PDF format fast. The printing machine stucked on "Call for assistance" result after all steps went visibly good. I felt uncomfortable, because all workers were overwhelmed with work without my issue added. After several attempts to try again and again unsuccessfully, I called for the assistance, being told that I will need to pay extra for the service. What is the logic? Fedex failed to set machines properly (I tried different), doesn't have enough of workers (when I was the only one customer for a long time of my struggle. Can't imagine what it would be if there were other customers waiting in line). I refused and continued on my own to figure out by downloading and resending the document in different formats. Finally "doxc" worked out and was printed. Overall i got the feeling of abandoned by organizational support office, where workers are exploited unfairly and machines cannot work with common formats and require worker's assistance, and I needed to waist my time for thinking how to deal with all that.

  I want to give a genuine shout out to the people running this store. I was sweating and rushing to print out a few pages for a mock trial I was about to participate for my job being held in Fordham Law School (they didn't give access to the printers). The young lady and man who operated the store couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful to me. Please consider this store over the other print shops in the area, it was so much better than the competition.

  I just experienced the worst customer service ever today I nicely asked to print a couple sticky labels for a shipment I created online and the answer was the system doesn’t allow me to print them even though I was there yesterday and another customer service lady was able to print 7 of them I’m on the process of moving to a different state and needed to ship a lot of luggage’s. I had to walk down from 72nd st to 56th street 8th Ave to print those labels.
