- SASpencer Allen2 days ago1.0It takes 7 step, an unsecured WiFi network, and 10+ minutes to print a PowerPoint deck sent by email. Ahead of time. And you have to guess the amount to pre authorize ahead of time or the whole thing starts over. And the preview doesn’t show how it will print. After 10 minutes I got one sheet of 50 printed the wrong direction and cutoff and a $100 hold on my card and staff telling me it will take 10 more minutes to verify what I actually got charged. How is it that office buildings can figure this out and FedEx whose whole business is this make it SO hard?!?

I came in with a batch of oddly shaped, highly irregular items that I had no idea how to safely package. Enter Roger—the absolute best FedEx employee on the planet. Instead of just handing me a standard box and wishing me luck, Roger took the time to custom-craft perfect, secure packaging for every single item right there on the spot. He treated my belongings like his own, using expert precision to cut, fold, and reinforce custom boxes so everything fit like a glove. His positive attitude, patience, and incredible problem-solving skills turned what could have been a massive shipping headache into a seamless experience. FedEx needs to give this man a raise and a promotion immediately. Thank you, Roger—you’ve got a customer for life!

The scanners aren't working while getting a 5 dollar pre authorization charge - when I asked when they will be working without any sign the young lady was disgustingly rude to me!!!! I asked if I could have more assistance with the scan and I was told a hard NO. I didn't get her name but I wanted to let you all know immediately how nasty and rude she was to me !!!!!
