Serenity, the staff member who helped me, was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me. Without her help, I wouldn't have been able to get everything done. The service was efficient, and I left feeling very satisfied

The employees seemed upset I came in and said they had closed all the software for the day and couldn’t accept the returns. The business was still open, but they were just standing around scrolling on their phones waiting for the clock to run out and I was saddled with a package in Manhattan for the rest of the day.
